This web application was developed within the project BaltSe@nioR 2.0: Innovative solutions to support BSR in providing more senior - friendly public spaces due to increased capacity of BSR companies and public institutions, co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund and European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument) within the INTERREG Baltic Sea Region Programme.
Start of using the application by the user means that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the functionality of the application, and accepts the fact that the owner of the application does not guarantee that it will work without any errors or continuously and that the owner of the application does not guarantee the correct operation of the application and that his liability under the warranty for defects of the application is excluded. The user also accepts the fact that the results (parameters) achieved due to the use of the application are predictive (indicative) and cannot give rise to any complaints regarding the application or claims for damages in the above scope.
As a consequence, the user uses the application at his/her own risk, including making the business (economic) decisions based on the results (parameters) obtained while using the application.
